What a member can actually press

Tap through the phone. Each screen replaces something that is currently a form, a DM, a phone call, or nothing at all. Names and figures are invented; the trainer list and the opening hours are yours.

Home

The booking is the key

The unlock button only exists because there is a paid booking behind it, and it only works inside that booking's window — ten minutes either side of the hour. Press it.

  • No shared code. Nothing to change when someone leaves.
  • No fob to hand over. Nobody drives to Prestons at 6:40am.
  • Every entry is logged against a person and a booking.
Today

The court is open 5am–1am and there is no way to sell a 6am hour to someone who isn't already standing in the building.

With CourtPass

They book it at 11pm the night before, pay, and let themselves in.

Court

94 unstaffed hours become inventory

This is the screen that doesn't exist anywhere today. Every hour from 5am to 1am, what's free, what it costs, and what's already held by a class, a private or a school group — so the court can never be double-sold.

  • Member and casual rates applied automatically. Peak and off-peak are your call.
  • Term classes and privates block the court — they're the same object as a casual hire, so nothing overlaps.
  • Unstaffed-hours rules — minimum age, account in good standing, no first-timers alone. Set once, enforced at the door.
Today

"If the court is not in use, feel free to use it — we always advise you call and check availability."

With CourtPass

Thursday 6am. $50. Paid. Door opens at 5:50.

Trainers

Your best-known product, finally purchasable

Eight trainers, eight calendars. Each sets their own availability and rate from their phone. The booking takes a deposit and holds the court underneath the session.

  • Deposits stop no-shows costing the trainer the hour.
  • Small-group split billing — four players, four cards, no cash on the day.
  • Team blocks recur for a season and invoice to the club.
Today

A Webflow enquiry form, answered by whoever opens the inbox, priced in a DM.

With CourtPass

Pick a trainer, pick an hour, pay. Rebook the same slot in two taps.

What's on

Four things that are currently four systems

Pick-up lives in Instagram DMs. Camps live in Eventbrite. Parties live in an enquiry form. Select camps live in a coach's head. Here they're four cards in one list, in the same account as everything else the family buys.

  • Capped RSVP for Friday night — the list is on the coach's phone at 6:55pm.
  • Invitation-gated products — the rep select camp is only buyable by players who were offered it.
  • Parties become a product with a date, a price and a deposit, sellable at 11pm on a Sunday.
Today

155,000 followers, and the link in the bio goes to a ticketing page that sells one camp.

With CourtPass

The same link lands on five things they can buy tonight.

Account

One family, one account, one history

A parent with two kids in different programs is your most valuable customer and the hardest to serve across six systems. Here they're one record — memberships, camps, privates, court time and door entries in one place.

  • Sibling bookings in two taps, on one card.
  • Every payment visible to them, which is most of your billing enquiries gone.
  • Their own door history — including the refused attempt, which is the entry that matters when someone asks.
Today

PerfectGym for the membership, Eventbrite for the camp, a form for the private, a DM for Friday. Four receipts, four logins — and a separate membership contract per child, with no sibling rate.

With CourtPass

One account, one card, one login — membership included. The other five systems are gone.

What's real here: the trainer names, the opening hours, the Friday pick-up format and its $10 casual price, the camp dates, and the age bands — all published by Breakdown. What's invented: every member and athlete, every price on the court and trainer screens, every payment, every door event, and all the capacity counts. What isn't installed: the access hardware. The unlock flow is what a week-4 install buys, not something running at Jedda Road today.
